Orders placed on Unattractive.ca are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm EST (excluding major holidays).

CANADIAN:
Orders take 1-2 days to be processed and then will be shipped, pending payment authorization and verification.
Estimated shipping time within Canada: 2-3 Days
Standard – $15.00 CAD

USA:
Orders shipping to the USA are processed within 1-2 business days pending payment authorization and verification. Customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by state. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees may be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges.

Standard – $25.00 CAD

Unfortunately Unattractive is not shipping world wide at the moment but will be in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES
You may exchange products within 7 days of receiving the shipment. All limited edition clothing pieces will be final sale and no exchanges will be granted. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 2-4 business days of us receiving the return if the new item being exchanged for is cheaper than the original piece. See RETURNS below for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.

RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from www.unattractive.ca must be returned at the customers expense in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund send it to the address at the top of the page with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment once the item has been received and verified in the original condition. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the address listed above in the contact section.
